Trust

Built for trust.

Universities do not need another vendor that handles student data carelessly. Ardvarq is built on the assumption that every interaction with student data has to earn trust. From the institution. From the academic advisor. From the student.

Three commitments

FERPA-aligned operations.

Student data is processed under data processing agreements with our infrastructure providers, with US data residency, encryption at rest and in transit, and no third-party sharing outside those agreements. We are working through formal SOC 2 attestation as part of our v2 build.

Students retain control.

Students can see everything Ardvarq knows about them, correct anything that is wrong, and request deletion at any time. We do not use student data to train AI models. Not a feature. A design principle.

No predictive risk scoring.

Ardvarq does not produce risk scores, dropout predictions, or any predictive analytics about individual students. We made a structural choice not to build that capability. Ardvarq expands a student's choice space, never narrows it.
